Psycho-Spiritual Evolution

Evolution is the adaptation of a species to its environment. A species most likely to survive is the most likely to adapt. Since the inception of consciousness for the human species (although it was most likely a hominid predecessor to the homosapien which began to be aware of its own awareness, and this awareness of being aware made the evolutionary jump to humanness possible), our unprecedented (as far as we can prove) advancement in the realms of biological evolution, cultural evolution, and technological evolution has been unsurpassed by any other species.
